REGISTRATION FOR FALL TRAINING IS NOW OPEN

Our Fall training season is fast approaching and the first day of training is Monday, August 21st.  Training will typically be held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday most weeks. Information about our fall training groups can be found below.  Please use the links below to register.   

Our Fall Training features 3 training groups:

Group 1 is a Competitive Cross Country Racing Group.  This group of runners will train and compete in the Fall USATF Cross Country Developmental and Junior Olympic circuit.  These runners will race 2K, 3K, 4K and 5K depending on their age group. To register for the Cross Country team, runners must be at least 9 years of age or born in 2008. Younger athletes born in 2009 may train with Speed Unlimited with coach approval ONLY. Please register here for the Cross Country Group.       

Group 2 is a Fall Speed & Conditioning Group for Middle Schoolers.  This group consists of sprinters and/or athletes with another competitive fall sport or athletes looking to stay active during the fall or begin pre-season training for the 2018 Spring Track & Field Season. Participants will benefit from sprint technique and speed mechanics as well as strength work, but will not compete in any races/events.  To register for the Speed & Conditioning Group athletes must be at least 11 years of age or born in 2006. Younger returning Speed Unlimited Athletes, born in 2007 may join with coach approval ONLY. Please register here for the Speed & Conditioning for Middle Schoolers Group.         

Group 3 is a Fall Speed & Conditioning Group for High Schoolers.  This group consists of sprinters and/or athletes with another competitive fall sport or athletes looking to stay active during the fall or begin pre-season training for the 2018 Indoor Track season or 2018 Spring Track & Field Season. Participants will benefit from sprint technique and speed mechanics as well as strength work, but will not compete in any races/events.  To register for the Speed & Conditioning Group for High Schoolers, athletes must be in High School. Please register here for the Speed & Conditioning for High Schoolers Group.         

All 3 groups will find that they are stronger at the start of the 2018 Track Season. A reminder to parents and athletes: While we often set goals for a particular season it is important to remember that athlete development takes place over years, with various developmental focus points being applied each year.  Perseverance and dedication are keys to success in any sport and more importantly in life.

 

NOTE! We will continue using TeamSnap for registration and team management. Everything related to registration, including all waiver forms, will be taken care of online during the registration process.

 

We look forward to working with both new and returning athletes during the fall season and again next spring.

A reminder to returning athletes to please bring back your borrowed spikes to the spike bin at the first day of practice.
